Chantel Ray is the founder of the Chantel Ray Way, a weight loss program developed through over 20 years of interviews and research and centered on intermittent fasting and faith-based principles. She is the author of 2 books: Waist Away: The Chantel Ray Way and Fasting to Freedom. Her book, Waist Away: the Chantel Ray Way, was in the top 1% of all books on Amazon. Her focus is on intermittent fasting as well as healing autoimmune disease through proper nutrition and diet. In her “spare time,” Chantel also runs a multimillion-dollar real estate company.
